The 50 m competition pool (what the 5 m and 15 m marks are there to check)
A 50m competition pool from the World Aquatics rules: the 50.000m is measured between touch pads, not walls, and the red floats and backstroke flags at 5m and the marks at 15m are there because swimmers may stay under for no more than 15m after the start and each turn
