12th staff bingo night running order and venue layout (organiser's version, 14 November 2026)

A running order for a bingo night with who does what at each time, plus the floor plan of the prize desk and the queue for checking cards

Notes in the source (in Japanese)

主催側が手に持つ紙。左が進行表、右が会場配置。進行表の「担当」と配置図の言葉を揃えてある —— 当日は別々に読めない。

時刻と場所が 1 枚に載っているのが要点。 進行表だけだと「誰がどこにいるか」が分からず、配置図だけだと「いつそこにいるか」が分からない。当日の主催側は片手に紙 1 枚しか持てないので、2 枚に分けた時点で片方が見られない。

景品の受け渡しと、リーチ確認の列は別の場所に置く。同じ場所にすると、当たった人と確認待ちの人が同じ列に並んで進行が止まる。
